What To Expect:
- Masks are required. If you do not have one, we are happy to provide you with one.
- Our staff will conduct a brief COVID-19 screening as you enter the building.
- You may bring one guest to your appointment; your guest must complete screening and wear a mask.
- We sanitize thoroughly, according to current CDC guidelines.
If you have been diagnosed with or have had COVID-like symptoms in the last 5 days, please postpone your appointment request until after your required quarantine period.
