CHILDBIRTH
What to expect during labor and delivery, and tools to help you relax before, during and after the birth of your baby. Taught by a certified Childbirth Instructor with assistance from a certified Doula. Bring your labor partner, if you plan to have one, and a pillow! Each session meets for six weeks, and participants should plan to attend all six classes. Recommended in the third trimester of pregnancy.
